Fildena (Sildenafil Citrate) is the brand name of a drug used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. It was developed by Pfizer and first approved in 1998. When you are using alpha-blockers such as Flomax, Hytrin, Minipress, and Uroxatral; take nitrates while taking Sildenafil Citrate. For those with hypertension or hyperthyroidism, who have not been treated adequately with appropriate medications. The recommended dose is 50mg once per day at bedtime.
What should be taken under medical supervision when taking Fildena?
